Flowlert ("we", "us") monitors your n8n, Make, and Zapier workflows and alerts you when one fails. This page explains what data we collect to do that, and how it's handled.
What we collect
- Your account email and a hashed (never plaintext) password.
- Connection credentials you give us (n8n/Make API keys, Zapier webhook tokens) — encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, decrypted only in memory when we poll your platform on your behalf.
- Workflow and execution metadata from your connected platforms: workflow names, run status, timestamps, and error messages. We only read this data to detect and alert on failures — we never modify or trigger your workflows.
- Your Slack incoming webhook URL, if you choose to configure one (encrypted at rest).
- Billing status (plan, subscription status) from Razorpay — we never see or store your card details.
Third parties we use
- Razorpay — payment processing for Pro subscriptions.
- Resend — sending failure-alert and account emails.
- Anthropic — generating the plain-English summary of a failure from its error message. Only the error message and workflow name are sent, never your credentials.
- Vercel and Railway — hosting the dashboard, API, and database.
What we don't do
- No ad tracking, no third-party analytics pixels, no selling of your data.
- No use of your workflow data for anything other than detecting and alerting on failures.
Data retention & deletion
We retain execution history for as long as your account is active so you can see trends over time. Email us at hello@flowlert.com to request deletion of your account and all associated data.
