Terms of Service

The service

Flowlert connects to your n8n, Make, and Zapier accounts to monitor workflow executions and alert you on failures. We read data from your connected platforms; we never write to, modify, or trigger your workflows.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the credentials you connect and for keeping your account password secure. You may only connect accounts and platforms you have the right to access.

Plans & billing

The Free plan monitors up to 5 alerting workflows; the Pro plan (billed monthly via Razorpay) raises that to 50. Every workflow is monitored and shown in your execution history regardless of plan — only alerting is limited. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page; see our Refund Policy for details on what happens to billing already in progress.

Availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We're not liable for missed alerts caused by an outage on our end, your connected platform's end, or any third-party service (Slack, email delivery, etc.) we rely on to deliver an alert.

Acceptable use

Don't use Flowlert to monitor accounts you don't own or have explicit permission to access, and don't attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse engineer the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected with an updated date on this page.
